Sarah and I was in the mood for Swedish chocolate balls, which is something all Swedes grew up eating. They have whole oats, sugar, cacao, vanilla, butter and coffee/water in them. You roll them in either dried coconut flakes or pearl sugar. This version got rolled in pearl sugar. Yum!
I also made some salsa, since jalapenos have been gone from the grocery stores here for a while due to the salmonella scare, and I have really been craving some salsa...
