They accepted the other bid, but we are moving forward and already have a bid on another property.
The new one is actually very large and almost across the street from the local university, so it should be a great investment property for future rental.
This one will need a new stove and fridge, plus a few cosmetic things lie anew inside door in one area, but the paint is new and nice and floors too. It will also need the trees in the backyard trimmed, a gigantic oak and an very large grapefruit tree needs to be taken down to size to give more light indoors, plus also for safety reasons with future storms and hurricanes. Otherwise a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus den and indoor lanai. In a neighborhood called Bayshore Gardens, close to everything...
We will most likely have to wait until Monday or Tuesday before we hear anything back, but at least we know they have no other bidders on this one. Knock on wood!

Det är rätt. Bra att gå vidare med en gång. Detta objektet lät väldigt interessant också. Det kommer nog gå att hyra ut lätt till studenter. Håller tummarna för det nya objektet.
