Ken is going to hire the contractor to work on our house when he is done. I have been waiting forYEARS to get stuff fixed around here, but there is just no way Ken would have time to do any of it himself.
So the list so far what he is going to do in our house is:
- New floor tiles, new shower tiles, new counter, new sinks, new faucets in master bath.
- New floor tiles, new shower tiles, new counter, new sink, new faucet in guest bath.
- New granite counter, new sink, new faucet in kitchen.
- New gutters around entire house.
- Installation of storage shelves hanging from the ceiling in the garage.
- A few repairs and a few architectural upgrades that will just make the outside pop a little more...
Love it!
Too bad it had to wait until now, when we are almost ready to get a new house and rent this one out! :-)

Vad BRA att ni har en så bra byggmästare! Det underlättar verkligen. Se det som att ni kan ta lite mer i hyra om ni har fixat de där grejorna i ert nuvarande hus, så det blir ju inte ogjort arbete även om ni skulle hitta ett hus.

Dessutom om huset är i toppskick så är det ju míndre att ordna med och oroa sig för när det blir uthyrt. Och det ger en hel del mer i avkastning när vi så småningom säljer huset, ett plus helt klart!
Låter toppen att ni hittat en pålitlig hantverkar som kan fixa en massa på erat hus också. Jag förstår att du vill passa på att få sådant här gjort. Det kommer bli toppen när han är klar med allt detta. Det kommer nog att kännas som du fått ett nytt hus praktiskt taget.
