Birthday Party

S had a really great time this Saturday, she loved her princess party! We were 14 people and I had worried there would not be enough food, but no problem there! The cake came out really good, with the princess cake topper's she had picked out. I made a large cake with almond cream in one layer and strawberries in another, iced with whipped cream mixed with almond cream and topped with fresh fruit.

We also had turkey chili, hot dogs, grilled chicken salad, dips and crackers, fruit, cheese and other baked goods. Yummy!

All in all it was a great day. On Sunday we spent the entire day at Busch Gardens in Tampa, just having fun. Great weekend!

S and I just got back from the beach where we had our official first dip in the ocean for this year! We had a great time!
