It is about appreciating your mom, letting her know how much you love her. Not about buying the biggest diamond or box of chocolates...
I received a perfect present from my daughter, she made this bouquet of "flowers" in preschool with her hand prints. So sweet!
Our mother's day on Sunday will be spent on the beach just hanging out, followed by an early dinner at one of our favourite ocean front restaurants. i think there might be some flowers involved, too, but only because one of my husband's clients is a florist... :-)
